摘要：In this talk, I will talk about the Standard Model and its tests briefly then shift concentration on the recent LHC results.

 报告人简介：Professor John Iliopoulos is a well-known physicist in the field of theoretical high energy physics. He has received many awards and medals during his extremely productive and successful career. He is now Director of Research Emeritus at CNRS. Currently, he is a visiting professor teaching the elite class in physics in Yat-Sen School of SYSU.
